Chaos Sonic Ch2 in production

It's been 5 months since Chapter 1, but alas, Chapter 2 is in production.
A collab thread was made in the flash forum, and I finished the title screen, complete with menu items and related.

wait, how did you end up with dialup? you said that your internet was completely down for a while, so it comes back as dialup? I'm suprised they even sell it these days, and yes, it should be free, in the same way that TV antenna reception is free, I know how annoying dialup can be, when I was visiting my relatives, dialup, when I try to use my dreamcast browser, I have to use dialup (not that I have dialup, my dad, who is a huge electronics geek, bought an old thingy for connecting phones in some way that has something to do with something or other and reprogramed it to convert DSL/Broadband/Fios into dialup so the dreamcast could connect to the internet, of course, it's still a 56k modem built into the dreamcast so it runs at the same speed as dialup) and it is SLOW!
