[Luigi:Two Lights' Hero 3]

Hm...

I'll start with the bad points.
You fight scene was too Dragonball Z-ish. That gets minus points for originalality, not to mention that it lacked the dynamic action that a fight scene needs, it was a few punches and fireballs with some pointless running on the side. You focused too much on the effects of the fight for the fight itself to be good. I advise much work on that.
You don't seem to have alot for the scene select, not a good thing. And the Sonic-Mario crossover has been done waaaay too many times. I'm not saying you an Earthworm jock, I'm just saying that its been done before, alot.

For the good points.
I enjoy the recoloring of the sprites and the somewhat comical nature of the protagonist. I also liked the rpg music playing during the fight, although I can't pinpoint where I've heard it. Either Grandia or a Final Fantasy game...
Your concept has some originality, and killing Mario off is something I wouldn't have expected. No one ever kills Mario off. You get points for that.

All and all. Good job, work on the fight scenes and overall animation and you got yourself a great job.

And for the Sonic&Mario thing, well, duh. I know. I don't expect people to go 'ZOMG! AWEZOME!' just because of that. And you're probably right about the fight scene, but I guess I was too into the animation, but for it to be too much SMBZ-like... Man, you've just described half of the flash series on this site since the thing came out. You can't penalize me for that. ^^'

This is nice for the occasion. The art was acceptable and the music was nice, a bit short, but thats not an actual problem.

Well, I can't quite think of any...

Bad Points...
No quite the place for this kind of flash(?).
Its just one frame saying "A Crasy Song" and music playing with horrible quality. If you made the song, then thats for the audio portal, if not, then add some animation in it, provide a decent description so we know what to expect. If you can't do that, then post a link somewhere that leads to the song. Please don't spam the portal.

Wow Lotus, I'm disappionted.

I thought you'd be above this.
The title screen fooled me, of course. But when I pressed play, it was a bunch of lines and a poorly drawn heart, apparently.
Please, make a decent flash, even if you can't draw very well, you could have at least got an A for Effort, but this is sad.
You should learn animation, or try sprites, if you're not up to it.

I now how to animate fine actually, I just didn't have much time to work on a flash at the moment and I wanted to submit something thats a new style for me.

I know its nothing special and everything is poorly done, but I just wanted to see a public reaction for this type of flash to see if its something people wish to see more of, speaking of the flash style of course, not the poorly drawn antics of it. ^^

Not too good for a comedy, people crying is not too funny in my opinion.
Maybe next time you can add some sort of other general theme. Take notes from other comedy sprite flashes.
Your easiest method is to make a generic blooper reel.
Good luck next time, but in all honesty, this one was a "swing and a miss".

Not too bad

Some effort was put into it, but its just the same stuff that has been put on newgrounds time and time again. A little innovation wouldn't hurt, but since this is your first, You can slide. A few beginner mess-ups, but it was worth the chuckles it gave me. Nice job.

i swear it is the most bizarre thing i have ever seen! sure the jokes were ok, but the sound is off and bad quality and so are the graphics! it may have been good at the time, but it sucks now! i suppose im just saying all this because my current flash is AWESOME!
Its a parody of Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, and its pretty cool!
Ive fixed all stuffups, and it will be a sight to be seen!
Ive added 2 new characters not in the game.
Try and guess who they are...................thats right, its the wario brothers!
Look out for it in the next month or so, youll love it!

Excellent job with the cape skit.

This was a very good movie and anticipation roars high for a sequel. Great Graphics, excellent sound, Too damn funny for words. Flawless at first glance. Music was fitting as well. I Love This Movie. Yes Yes Yes.
